Video game publisher and developer Dotemu released a documentary today about Windjammers 2’s development. The 28-minute video that can be found on YouTube takes fans behind the scenes of the sequel to the arcade-era classic.
The documentary has feedback from Windjammers 2’s development team as well as appearances from creators behind the original game. The Windjammers community also shines, making the video a fascinating dive into the completion of a game that has been 25 years in the making.
Windjammers 2 will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Game Pass on January 20th. Windjammers 2 will also be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S via backward compatibility.
