Tuesday evening, Warner Bros. unveiled the new trailer and promotional poster for Todd Phillip’s Joker film at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. This morning, it debuted to the public online. Starring Joaquin Phoenix as the titular character, the film looks to be a dark take on the origins of the Clown Prince of Crime.
The trailer features recognizable actors including Zazie Beetz, Frances Conroy, Brian Tyree Henry, and Robert De Niro. Joker is scheduled to release in the US on October 4, 2019.
