Big hair, neon lights, and great music are coming back in Synth Riders. Kluge Interactive has released “80s Mixtape – Side B,” a DLC pack featuring seven classic hits from artists such as Queen, Toto, and Wham!. This DLC is available now on Meta Quest, SteamVR, PlayStation VR2, and Apple Vision Pro.
The “80s Mixtape – Side B” includes the following tracks:
- Queen – Don’t Stop Me Now
- Wham! – Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go
- Toto – Africa
- Simple Minds – Don’t You (Forget About Me)
- The Cure – Just Like Heaven
- Daryl Hall & John Oates – Out of Touch
- Rick Astley – Never Gonna Give You Up
The music pack invites players to groove to these tracks in the Endless Café, a stage inspired by the vibrant aesthetics of the 1980s, or explore any of Synth Riders’ other retrowave-inspired stages. Arturo Perez, CEO of Kluge Interactive, commented on the DLC:
“Our fans loved ‘Side A’ when it launched last year. Bringing fan-favorite tracks from the ’80s to Synth Riders was a thrill, but we knew that for ‘Side B,’ we had to raise the bar with even more iconic songs from this totally awesome era. We think we nailed it – and couldn’t resist Rickrolling our players in the process.”
With this release, Synth Riders’ soundtrack now features over 150 songs, including 77 free licensed tracks and 75 optional DLCs.
The “80s Mixtape – Side B” is priced at $1.99 per track or $10.99 for the bundle on Meta Quest, PlayStation VR2, and SteamVR.
