Highrise City, the city builder game developed by FourExo Entertainment and Deck13 Spotlight, is set to leave Early Access later this year.
The latest major update for Highrise City, released today, brings several enhancements, including a new research system, a revamped user interface, visual improvements, new milestones, and various quality-of-life enhancements. A recently released trailer provides an overview of the game’s features, highlighting its emphasis on economic systems and modern city building.
In preparation for the full release later this year, the development team is working on the Release Update. The development team promises that this update will introduce more features and improvements than any previous update. Notable additions include the introduction of public transport through buses, substations, and required electric lines, the inclusion of missions during gameplay, mega skyscrapers, a new map, and a multi-staged mega-building project.
Additionally, the price of Highrise City is expected to change shortly after the Steam Summer Sale, aligning with the game’s impending full release. Interested players can take advantage of the reduced price during the final day of the Steam Summer Sale today. Highrise City is currently available in Early Access on Steam and GOG, with its departure from Early Access scheduled for later this year.
